About Me
I am a caring, thoughtful and passionate mentor who enjoys working with a wide range of performers to guide them through their journey to realise their full potential and get the best out of themselves. My approachable nature allows performers to engage in critical discussion in a safe environment, and to feel confident to explore thoughts and feelings which will no doubt challenge their thinking. Having a background in international sports performance, I have personal experience of dealing with high-level performance, difficult decisions, emotional attachment and rejection that can arise on the journey to elite performance.
Coaching Style
My reflective style of mentoring allows performers to focus on making their strengths stronger and to open up and explore the possibilities that excite them about what could be achieved in a focused driven approach. This approach to clients will challenge them, and enable them to think outside what they cannot directly see, or when focused, to explore in depth what they can. Through thoughtful questions, performers will be encouraged to look inwards before outwards, taking ownership of their next steps.
