Amateur club golfers can can work with a Golf Mindset Coach in the same way you work with a golf pro.
Have 1:1 sessions, reflect on your habits and your behaviours to develop your mental game. This will improve focus, performance and your ability to cope with pressure, nerves and setbacks.
Reach your potential.
Work on your mental game for any reason:
Want to compete at a higher level?
Want to lower your handicap?
Flush it on the range but can't take your game to the course?
Struggle over short putts because of nerves?
Throwing clubs around? Swearing and yelling?
Lay up and still make double when the pressure is on?
Your Golf Mindset Coach will meet you in the clubhouse or on the practice ground for a discussion about you and your golf game.
Together, you will start to explore 'what makes you tick' and begin to build a picture of your personality, your behaviour traits and how they transfer into your golf. You will discuss what is going well, what your challenges are, and begin to fully understand what you want to get from your golf.
Your Golf Mindset Coach will walk the course with you over 9 or 18 holes, studying your habits and mannerisms, helping you understand your behaviours and thoughts, keeping you focused and in control. Your MindsetCaddy will ask questions to stimulate reflection and challenge you, supporting you to get to where you want to be.
Meet regularly with your Golf Mindset Coach to stay focused on your goals, remain strong, sharp and emotionally regulated. Have follow-up sessions to keep on track and explore setting different targets as your golf develops.
